Job Overview:

Jeet11 is a leading online fantasy sports platform based out of India that allows users to play fantasy cricket, football and sports quiz on the application. As a Area Sales Manager you would be managing a section of state/region business and responsible for P&L, team management and end-to-end business operations.

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage a section of region/state through required number of TSM’s as per market size
  • Responsible for assigned region revenue, P&L and business operations with adherence to company norms and policies
  • Create distribution strategies and implement them with flawless execution
  • Evaluate performance of distributors in all parameters and take corrective measures and ensure its implementation.
  • Manage primary, secondary and tertiary sales of channel partners in assigned territory
  • Devise go-to-market strategy for upcoming products and schemes
  • Establish regular performance reviews with each partner to ensure profitability and sustainable ROI for partners
  • Creating innovative marketing strategies and execute them effectively to acquire new customers
  • Provides monthly training to partners and their teams on product offerings, schemes and company updated policies
  • Monitor, motivate and coach the team on products, performance and quality of business
  • Facilitate recruitment, onboarding & mentoring

Who you are:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in FMCG/Telecom,/Fintech, especially in Channel sales Domain
  • Good knowledge of geography and retail markets in Chhattisgarh location
  • Experience of working in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required
  • People management experience is a must
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers
  • Aggressive, Self motivated, ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
  • Highly collaborative, flexible and team-oriented
