Job Overview:

Jeet11 is a leading online fantasy sports platform based out of India that allows users to play fantasy cricket, football and sports quiz. As a TSM you would be responsible for handling channel sales in the assigned territory through distributors and retailer networks.

Territories Open: Gurdaspur, Ludhiana, Nawashar, Pathankot 

What you’ll do: 

  • Appoint and manage Channel Partners in defined market geography
  • Effectively service retailers, expand distribution and strengthen trade relationships
  • Responsible for generating revenue and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain ROI of Channel Partners by managing primary secondary and tertiary sales
  • Led a team of 3-4 sales executives 
  • Manage BTL activities in retail outlets and ensure brand visibility in the assigned territory
  • Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
  • Acquire new customers by various execution strategies
  • Closely monitoring competitor activities and their offerings in order to plan effectively
  • Achieve daily sales targets

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in field sales with proven track record of achieving sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Self motivated, ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Aggressive, good convincing skills 
  • Ability to executive plans and strategies in the assigned territory
  • Proficient in MS Office is an added advantage.
  • Preferred candidates from Telecom/handsets/fintech industry.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, should be a critical-thinker and a problem-solver
