Job Overview: 

Sharechat’s Ads Team is looking for an accomplished business professional to lead the Strategy Team for our Ads Business. As a senior leader, you will build and drive adoption of our ads solutions across all advertiser categories and have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Sharechat’s ads.

What you’ll do:

  • Provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, commercializes ads products and helps drive initiatives forward. 
  • Identify business and consumer trends and insights, develop the business plan, conduct business reviews, and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a key member of the ad sales leadership, helping to drive overall Sharechat Advertising strategy and business growth
  • Track our progress against our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and identify/implement strategies and tactics to align the business to goals
  • Build planning framework for each event and create customized solutions for key advertisers to meet their marketing objectives
  • Constantly review current ways of working taking insights from the market as well as platform’s position to improve our offering in the market - champion new pilots and data-driven initiatives 
  • Develop solutions by effectively collaborating with different sales strategy teams (Ad Ops and Brand solutions), and other Sharechat’s teams (Product, Content etc.)

Who you are: 

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting or in a strategy role. 
  • Experienced in working in the digital media industry will be a plus. 
  • Experienced in the design, activation and iteration of effective Go To Market Strategies. 
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem - Must have good understanding of business/brand challenges
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
