Job Overview: 

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with proven experience in paid media acquisition to help us grow ShareChat, Moj & Takatak base across markets. The objective is to raise paid marketing to the next level through strategy, operation, testing, analysis and optimization. You would be working with team members from growth, commercial teams across different regions, data, creative and external partners to execute innovative ways to drive the business, improve results and ultimately grow our Flagship Products in local markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes
  • Coordinate with ad ops, Product and R&D teams etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution.
  • Work with internal teams to guide inventory allocation
  • Monitor and analyse ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results
  • Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
  • Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
  • Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy
  • Support and work with sales team on pre-sale research and pitch
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team

Who you are:

  • MBA with 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Client Solutions roles in digital
  • Experience managing branding advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
  • Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
